Key Responsibilities
You will do the following as a Waiter or Service Crew:
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive energy
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the ordering system
- Serve orders promptly and make sure each dish goes to the right person

- Clear used plates and glasses, then clean and reset tables quickly
- Keep tables properly set with clean cutlery, napkins, and glassware at all times
- Answer basic customer questions and handle feedback professionally
- Support daily operations including opening and closing duties
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area
- Work as a team during busy periods to ensure smooth service

Qualifications
No experience is required because full training is provided. However, previous F&B experience is a plus. You need good communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work as a team player are essential. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays is required. Basic English is needed; Mandarin is a bonus. A friendly, cheerful personality goes a long way. You should be well groomed and presentable.
