Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, supervise, and implement developmentally appropriate programmes and activities for preschool aged children, aligned with the centre’s curriculum framework
  2. Prepare and set up engaging learning materials and teaching aids that stimulate curiosity and support cognitive, social, and emotional development
  3. Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic classroom environment, carrying out routine care duties and ensuring the wellbeing of every child
  4. Observe and document each child’s learning progress, complete progress reports each semester, and maintain a developmental portfolio for every child
  5. Build close partnerships with parents by writing daily comments on the child’s wellbeing and progress in the communication booklet, and attending parent teacher meetings

Qualifications
