Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and implement developmentally appropriate programmes and activities for preschool aged children, aligned with the centre’s curriculum framework
- Prepare and set up engaging learning materials and teaching aids that stimulate curiosity and support cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic classroom environment, carrying out routine care duties and ensuring the wellbeing of every child
- Observe and document each child’s learning progress, complete progress reports each semester, and maintain a developmental portfolio for every child
- Build close partnerships with parents by writing daily comments on the child’s wellbeing and progress in the communication booklet, and attending parent teacher meetings

Qualifications
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Care and Education Teaching, or a recognised equivalent is required.
