Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities in areas such as fine motor skills, coordination, balance, and sensory processing
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific goals like returning to work or performing self care tasks independently
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment such as grab bars, reachers, or specialized utensils to overcome physical limitations

Benefits and Perks
The salary for this full time occupational therapist position reflects current US market rates, ranging from USD 78,000 to USD 98,000 annually. This translates to approximately USD 37 to USD 47 per hour based on a 40 hour work week. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off of 15 days per year, and a continuing education allowance of USD 1,000 annually. The principal provides EB2 or EB3 visa sponsorship for the employee and eligible dependents.
