Key Responsibilities
- Assist elderly residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support, always respecting their dignity and preferences
- Monitor and record residents’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
- Help residents with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and transferring between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Keep residents’ rooms, beds, and common areas clean, tidy, and free of hazards, and assist with changing linens and personal laundry
