Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery for automotive and motorcycle transmission components, performing automated machine operations as directed by the production supervisor
- Conduct quality inspections of finished parts, checking for surface defects, dimensional accuracy, and other quality standards using precision measuring instruments
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines meticulously, maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Assist in meeting daily production targets while ensuring product quality and consistency
- Work effectively within a team-oriented environment, coordinating with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. No prior factory or production experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. You must be physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment, which involves standing and moving for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 15 kilograms. Salary and Benefits
