Key Responsibilities
- Operate stamping and cutting machines to shape metal sheets according to production orders
- Inspect each finished piece for cracks, rust, or incorrect measurements using basic hand tools
- Stack and secure completed parts on pallets for transport to the next production stage
- Clean work areas and remove metal scraps to prevent accidents and maintain order
- Report machine errors or material shortages to the line supervisor without delay
- Assist in loading finished goods onto delivery trucks at the end of each shift
- Follow all safety instructions including the proper use of gloves, masks, and ear protection
Qualifications
A high school diploma or junior high school graduate certificate is required. No previous factory experience is necessary, but candidates with at least three months of production or warehouse work will be prioritized. You must be between 20 and 40 years old and physically able to stand for the full shift and lift loads up to 15 kilograms. Basic understanding of English or simple Mandarin phrases is helpful but not mandatory. A valid passport with more than 18 months of remaining validity is required. Benefits and Perks
The monthly base salary is NT$27,500 plus mandatory overtime pay at 1.33 times the regular hourly rate for extra hours. With typical overtime, total monthly earnings range from NT$34,000 to NT$41,000. Free dormitory style housing is provided near the factory with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. You will receive a meal allowance of NT$2,000 per month. Health insurance and labor insurance are fully covered by the employer.
