Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, medical histories, and physical examinations upon admission and throughout the stay
- Administer prescribed medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
- Document all patient interactions, medication administrations, and changes in condition accurately in electronic health records
