Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patients’ neuromuscular and musculoskeletal functions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short term and long term goals for each patient
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to restore function and manage pain
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety procedures to prevent re injury

Benefits and Perks
The salary for this full time position reflects current US market rates for physical therapists, ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, equivalent to approximately USD 38 to USD 48 per hour depending on experience and location. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education allowances. The principal provides EB2 or EB3 visa sponsorship, a retention bonus of up to USD 5,000, and assistance with initial housing and credentialing.
