Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC assisted machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings
- Measure finished components using calipers and gauges to ensure they meet exact specifications
- Remove sharp edges and clean parts before moving them to the quality inspection station
- Report any defective materials or machine errors to the shift supervisor immediately
- Pack approved products into protective boxes and label them with batch numbers and quantities
- Keep your assigned workstation clean and free of oil spills or loose metal debris
- Follow all personal protective equipment rules including safety glasses and steel toe shoes
Qualifications
A high school diploma or alternative learning system certificate is required. No previous precision machining experience is necessary, but candidates with at least three months of factory or assembly work will be given preference. You must be between 20 and 38 years old and physically able to stand for eight hours per shift and lift items up to 15 kilograms. Basic English or simple Mandarin commands are helpful but not mandatory as training includes visual guides. A valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity is required. Benefits and Perks
The monthly salary starts at NT$28,000 with overtime paid at 1.33 times the regular rate for the first two extra hours and 1.66 times thereafter.
