Key Responsibilities
- Perform live music sets at venues including clubs, concert halls, festivals, and private events, following the company’s booking schedule
- Rehearse regularly to maintain a professional level of proficiency on your primary instrument or voice, learning new material as required
- Participate in music production sessions for recording projects, including studio tracking, overdubbing, and mixing sessions as directed
- Collaborate with other musicians, sound engineers, and event staff to ensure smooth setup, sound check, and performance execution
- Represent the company at promotional events, meet-and-greets, and media appearances, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor
- Travel to performance locations across Japan, sometimes involving overnight stays or extended tours, with expenses covered by the employer

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal music education from a conservatory, university music program, or accredited music school is preferred. You need at least two years of verifiable professional performance experience, which can include live gigs, session work, touring, or regular engagement with a band or ensemble. Proficiency on at least one instrument or voice type is essential. You must be able to read sheet music or chord charts and have a basic understanding of music theory. Good English communication skills are needed, and basic Japanese language ability is an advantage. Physical stamina is required for travel, load-in, and extended performance sets. Filipino citizens aged twenty-two to thirty-five years with a valid passport are encouraged to apply.
