Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for cutting, milling, drilling, or turning operations according to production schedules and engineering drawings
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to determine machining requirements, tooling, and sequences
- Program or adjust CNC machines based on production requirements, ensuring optimal tool paths, speeds, and feeds for efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and callipers
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A vocational or technical certificate in CNC operation or manufacturing is preferred. You need at least two years of proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes is essential. Strong attention to detail and a quality control mindset are required. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills are necessary. Good English communication and teamwork skills are important.
